pet boarding

When you go on vacation or a business trip and have to leave your pet behind, it can create a lot of stress for you and your pet. Pets are attached to their owners, and it is important that when you vacation, you leave them with someone that you trust. At Irondequoit you can trust us to treat your pet like a member of our own family and provide the best in boarding care.

Comfort, Fun, and Safety

Our boarding services are dedicated to making your pet’s stay comfortable and fun. Our guests will always have fresh and nutritious food and water, tailored to your desires, and will be granted ample time and space for exercise. Playtime options are available should a pet parent choose.

Your pet will also have his or her own special and comfortable place for rest when it is time for sleep. We offer dog-free cat boarding, and offer climate controlled wards and runs for our canine guests.

Boarding Policies

To ensure the safety and health of all of our guests, we require a wellness care plan in place for every pet we board, as well as current vaccinations. If your pet is found to have fleas, we will treat the problem with Capstar® to ensure that the facility does not become contaminated. We can also provide routine parasite control if your pet is scheduled for a treatment. Just let us know when your pet arrives.

If you have questions about our boarding services, give us a call or check out our boarding brochure for more information.
